ENeutral Flexible Full-drive Tracking System takes one motor driving 2 slewing gears, consists of dozens of sub-units, two posts for each sub-unit, two fixed pulleys and two small steel wire ropes for each post. One end of the small steel wire rope is fixed onto the beam, the other end is pulled tight and fixed onto the main steel wire rope through the fixed pulley. The main steel wire rope drives the small steel wire ropes to convert the the tension of the main steel wire rope in north-south direction into torsional torque of the solar array to realize the tracking operation.
With its original rigid structure flexible transmission technology, ENeutral tracking system achieves full drive that truly covers all posts, fundamentally solving the problems that traditional tracking systems are easily damaged by wind borne resonance.
The ENeutral tracker adopts a standardized and modular design concept, which effectively solves the problem of high failure rate and difficult maintenance.
