In September 2022, ENeutral original ENeutral rigid bracket flexible transmission tracking bracket system passed the TÜV SÜD test and obtained the IEC62817 certification certificate. This not only indicates that the ENeutral tracking bracket system has the conditions to move into the international market, but also demonstrates that the safety, reliability, stability and efficiency of the ENeutral tracking bracket system have been recognized by the industry.
The certification ceremony was held at TÜV SÜD Shanghai Branch. Liu Yaqun, Director of Smart Energy for Greater China, and Li Yanglin, Director of Structural Design for ENeutral, attended the ceremony and witnessed this important moment.

IEC62817 is a comprehensive design and acceptance standard for solar trackers. It sets strict design requirements for the structural strength, tracking accuracy, reliability, durability and other aspects of the tracker, and stipulates the test methods and judgment basis. Therefore, it is considered to be a comprehensive and authoritative evaluation standard for solar trackers.
The main test contents include tracking system functionality test, drive acceleration cycle test, drive accelerated aging test, salt spray test, UV test, deformation test under static load, torsion resistance, mechanical slip, mechanical slip and recoil test, control box IP grade test, control box transportation vibration and impact test, control box temperature cycle, humidity cycle, high temperature and high humidity test, etc.

The unique rigid bracket flexible transmission design of the ENeutral tracking bracket system requires the redesign of a new mechanical calculation method and loading test plan according to standard requirements during testing, which requires a larger workload and greater professionalism. Through in-depth exchanges and discussions between ENeutral's mechanical, structural, and electronic control engineers and TÜV SÜD testing experts, the test, evaluation, and demonstration lasted for 5 months, passed all tests at one time, and obtained IEC certification.
